Accepting that changes need to be made in our lives is often challenging, scary and confusing. Working with a therapist will provide you with the tools necessary to gain clarity, establish workable goals, find motivation and feel truly empowered. Whether you are 5 or 95 my approach centers around creating a safe, nurturing environment where you will see self-growth and improvement in your life and improve symptoms related to depression, anxiety, divorce, grief/loss, relationship issues, behavioral problems, and parenting skills.  I successfully work with children/adolescents, individuals, couples and families, using cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, and person-centered strategies.

Have lived in South Florida for 36 years and am aware of mental health issues that are reflective of our culture and ethnicity. We have a practice that works with the entire family with services ranging from therapy to the prescribing of medication-we have four very convenient offices with 24 hour coverage. We have very flexible office hours and a bilingual staff that is nurturing and supportive to the needs of our clients.  Our intake process is very streamlined and at times we provide sliding scale treatment services.  Our clients come first!  We are in the business of understanding the need to empower our clients to initiate change and growth in their lives.
